The Heights Bicycle Coalition has seen tremendous success since its inception in the spring of 2010. In August, we received over 500 signatures in support of our objective to improve bicycle infrastructure in Cleveland Heights.

In response, the City Council embraced this goal, with then-mayor Ed Kelley announcing, “we’re with you on this!” Our campaign to install sharrows on five key Cleveland Heights thoroughfares was realized when the city installed the road markings on Euclid Heights Boulevard, Edgehill Road, North Park Road, Lee Road and elsewhere..
